Shame though, it showed a lot of promise with RE2make.
I booted up Village and why the hell is this just first person RE4 with werewolves? Not just atmospherically but even a lot of elements like getting the shotgun during an ambush, an ambush, everyone getting called away by a BELL.......

I still can't believe we're in a timeline where they thought RE3make was acceptable and green lit RE4make before CVmake.

Played RE4R demo. It's incredibly short, very boring, has zero charm, Leon's face looks stupid and facial animation in general is kinda rough in comparison to all the previous modern RE games. Can't say anything about the gameplay, there was very little of it and I've deleted the demo after one try.

I've heard the movement mechanics are horrendous. Like Leon moves heavy as shit and there's a cooldown to even move a different direction since it's either full committal to a movement or none.

And yeah, his face model is hideous.

I'll give it a shot. But I'm expecting the same tired shit from the last two "remakes."

I still enjoy the REmake2 game. But I’ll most likely not play REmake3 again. Unless I am entirely too bored.

But I’ll be honest… games just aren’t as interesting to me anymore. I’m kinda tired of everything. I just work at this point and don’t do much else.

Pretty much. Felt as if he's trying to walk through a sea of jelly. Which is incredibly odd considering that he's a trained pro now and should be faster and more controllable than in RE2R. Also, I cannot express how much I hate the fact that a knife can eventually break yet his fucking leg is indestructible. At least this time he doesn't leave a knife inside a zombie after the QK.

Honestly yeah the knife felt op like Maul said. Shit can stop a fucking chainsaw!

Also yeah Leon's movement...just feels weird. Like some mish mash of RE6, RE4 (OG) and RE2make...and the latter two controlled pretty fine! Plus it feels weird how I had to adjust it a lot. I don't know why it's not the 2make movement...

Didn't Capcom say that may be a different dog? I hope it is. I don't even know why they'd do that unless they want to make El Gigante hard. Which...it feels like RE4make was trying a bit too hard was trying to do in the demo. Maybe it's just me

The game is getting leaks from Brazil apparently. I'm trying to stay oblivious to it as much as possible and I didn't play the remake. I just know the movement in it plays like complete ass.

I heard the game hit shelves in some areas too extremely early but I haven't seen or confirmed amongst my groups. Brazil is...very odd for an origin of leaks to start...

The only way I could even get this game is on ps4 and all of my RE collection is on Xbox One. So, I think I’m gonna skip out regardless if this piece of shit actually turns out to be worth it.
