The Blacktail is the best balanced pistol in the game. The fire rate and mag size can take down an army of Ganado. I only like the Handgun for the 5x critical upgrade.

I also prefer the Riot Shotgun over the other two. Higher firepower I'll take any day over mag amount.

The final shotgun, whatever it was called, I never liked it. The Riot gun is essentially a Benelli M3, it's perfect.

I'm playing REmake2 on PS4 Pro and the improvements are remarkable. The game looks much sharper (2880×1620 supersampled to 1080p) and best of all, it's silky smooth at almost a locked 60fps compared to the PS4 45-60fps. It's really that good.

The PS5 is around the corner and it's probably better to wait for that instead of upgrading to a Pro since it has full backwards compatibility with PS4 games.

Did you see Kiva bitching about the REmake 2 mechanics? I don't read discussions really at the other place much but saw he posted. Git gud dude. Mr. X is not a problem and is very easy to avoid and at this point I might get punched by him 1/20 encounters. The zombie health isn't even a big deal after awhile and if you got a knife, you can swipe them dead once they're downed once.

I cannot believe they wanted X patched out. Grow the fuck up.

Patched out? What the hell? There were a few times he got me, but I’ve only ever died to him maybe once? Honestly, the super zombies and the G monsters were my biggest problem in the first playthrough. Not Mr X. The G monsters are tolerable after the second playthrough though.

The whole point of Nemesis is to be what X just was, but worse. X can't run. Nemesis can run faster than Jill. X can always be kept at a distance.
