Nemesis will break people. I know my first playthrough is going to be rough. The full on sprinting and rockets to the face will be hard to take on in the new playstyle. And considering he can go in most safe rooms... yeah.

Well he never was able to go into safe rooms in the original but if it’s an open area like the main hall you’re going to get a rocket up the ass while going to the box.

Actually, he was able to get in some of them? I seem to remember freaking out the first time it happened.

No, there is no instance of that. Unless it was a typewriter out in the open.

I hope he's not on us the entire game since that will become very tiresome and no one wants to be frazzled the entire time. Keep it like the original where he hovers around an area for a few rooms and you lose him. Or, down him and remove him from the area entirely like before.

I swear I remember the Nemesis breaking through the window and immediately running into the safe room and catching my breath—only for the fucker to come bursting in not long after and scaring the living fuck out of me.

I must be confusing that with another game then. I could swear he busted through a safe room door and I want to say it was the one by the staircase.

Either way, very few places will be safe in R3make. You’ll literally have to fight him. You can probably lose him eventually, but he will track you down again after a while. It probably won’t be like Mr X, where he still lingers in the area. He’ll likely disappear altogether.

The choice of fighting or running is what made him so fun. He won’t be armor plated like X.

I wonder if the remake will cut some BOW’s like 2 did... 3 had more enemies than 2.

Ghost Survivors was such a worthless piece of shit. They could of just given us new skins for Claire and Leon as Ada, HUNK, Mayor's daughter and Kendo.

It was awful. Not worth playing past the first attempt at each “scenario.”

I’d rather have played a mode where you are the older girl trying to escape Irons. With story elements and no guns.

I haven't played the REmake2 DLCs since I still need to get Claire A Leon B and Leon A Claire B scenarios done. I personally don't think this game has as much replay value as I would like it to be.

It really doesn’t... honestly Claire has a better storyline both A & B. Leon’s was okay especially with the whole Ada kiss... forced love story. lol this remake missed so much from the original especially Leon and Claire meeting up or talking on the radio. Even Ada ruining into sherry.. it felt like two separate games while the original felt a con Wolfe game whether you were playing as Leon or Claire. As for the free dlc I wish it was more of an outbreak storyline gameplay or the dlc we got for 5; lost in nightmares and desperate escape. Wanted to see the story behind the mayors daughter, even more Sherry gameplay... Marvin. Even Ben... but we just got speedrunning nonse. Anyway, this remake is okay. Won’t beat REmake though.

And I forgot about Kendo... wanted to see more of their backgrounds not really what if or speedruns aka RE3 mercenaries mode.

I finished another Hardcore run of Claire A. I hate how the lab is so overly sterile. I love the lab in REmake since it was a grimy shithole and that's what I was hoping for since the turntable section of Zero alluded to that. I also think Leon and Claire should of had alternate routes to the lab. They could of kept the Marshaling yard and had Leon or Claire use the turntable to get down into the lab. I mean the turntable does exist but it didn't lead to outside since the roof of the elevator shaft was closed off.

Earlier today... idk if they made this game for speed runners but you’re right about the lab and how short that part of the game is... cutting marshaling yard, turntable segment and either Leon or Claire entering the lab through the power room area of the lab... Claire throwing Sherry’s pendant in the fire pit or Ada getting thrown against the self-destruct system.


And this room in the lab was creepy!

At least they didn't fuck up the police station section. It's definitely the most impressive and well constructed aspect of the remake that tops the original in certain aspects.
