I got around to installing the Steam ver of REmake and put mods on it. Jill is infinitely better with the blue. They also changed a few things with the faces but it doesn't look like they touched Jill's. So her eyes still look weird with certain expressions. I don't know why they felt to need to fuck with their faces. There also was a BGM fix since some of the tracks are broken.
In some ways, it makes me wanna go back and play the vanilla GC version that isn't tampered with.

They color corrected her Nemesis top too, but it's not readily apparent in the select screen. I can take shots of that tomorrow. There's a clear difference. I neglected to set it to widescreen so the top shots are 4:3.
Yeah I don't think I can return to the console version ever again. The modmanager makes it idiot proof to switch mods out.

Something with her eye rigging is so fucking weird in REmaster. Unfortunately no modder has addressed it. Like playing the vanilla, when she meets Yawn, her one eye kinda drifts away from the other. A lot of scenes the eyelids look weird. Same with Chris. Although her in game face looks perfectly normal compared to the GC.
This drives my point home on why it makes me fucking nuts ever since remaster came out and I don't see many people mentioning it on message boards. Chris has the same exact problem. And Barry's face is different too.

That fan remake remake with the RE3R shit tier STARS outfit makes me gag.
Yeah, I see what you mean. In the REmake she looks as if sleepily squinting most of the time. Very weird.
Billy in Zero remaster does the same thing. It seems like they redid all the character textures but very shittly.
