Def cannot agree with that. I do love the soundtrack very much, but the 2016 one is superior. That game was shorter and much more narrative driven thus the impact of its music is way higher, plus Gordon was forced to think on his feet and experiment so the actual sound is much more interesting and cool.The soundtrack also takes a monstrous Godzilla sized shit on anything that came before.
Not to mention that he didn't score DLCs and, while I don't have anything against Hulshult and Levy, you can hear how different their styles are right away and it hurts the overall picture.
