Rogue is the one where you play the double agent Templar. You’re actually playing as the guy who kills Connor’s father, if I remember correctly. Evie was the sister in Syndicate.
He's working with Connor's father actually, I think it does talk a little about Edward's death based on templar stuff. I know they meet with some ACIII characters like Achilles and their actions effect that game. Connor, in fact, killed his father Haytham in III.

Oh, that’s right. It wasn’t Connor. It was Arno’s father. I knew he killed someone’s damn father around one of those games. 😂

Elden Ring - 7/10 (one playthrough)

I like it for a lot of reasons, but... The trailers, and the main theme, made it out to be an epic adveture. Yet narratively it's still as dry and minimalistic as Dark Souls. They really should've made more cutscenes, the whole thing should have been more bombastic and melodramatic, enhance emotional connection to the story and emphasize the difference from Souls series. The endings, again, are extremely underwhelming and short for such a long and hard adventure, with only two unique ones.

Other than that, it's more fun and more addictive than previous FromS games. A lot of freedom, a lot of ways to express your self via gameplay and builds, beautiful world and cool oldschool map. The only dissapointing part of it are dungeons and their bosses, which are mostly copypasted. It fits thematically and lore-wise but you get tired of them.

Played pirated version (for obvious reasons) so there were no messages from other players and no invasions, which in this case made it all so much better.

Something...like that lmao. AC is hard to follow. I've dipped out of the series, at least for now.

I finished this a long time ago, probably before Ratchet? Forgot to give a view

Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition - 9/10.

A LOT more fun then I remember, especially cause I got it budgeted. I guess I was not in the right mindset on release but replaying 5 was a blast. I still have issues with V's style, not as much Dante and Nero taking some time to learn but VERGIL IS SO FUCKING AWESOME. I had a blast with his campaign so much that after testing him out, I had to play it after beating the main campaign normally. Holy shit. I'm still going to be playing through to probably Platinum and 100% this. On my third playthrough now for the trio. I also have to give the game credit for justifying further replays with stuff like Nero's expanded moveset after credits and of course, Vergil plus other novelties.

Soundtrack is still great too, especially with Bury the Light added in and I think some extras? Visuals are a marvel but I sadly do not have a TV powerful enough for full capabilities. I like the story a fair bit but only after like Act 2 I'm gonna say. I do think we should have had Lady and Trish as playable characters since 4 established them fine, and maybe an option to...well take out V from the main campaign. Some difficulty scaling too I feel, even if it's par for DMC but I felt something was not right at points; usually was challenging in the good way.

I'd put this under DMC 3 in the best way. I hope we get 6 or something else.

Stray - 8/10

There isn't much to this game but it's fun, I love the aesthetic of the environments and the level design is good

Fatal Fury 8/10 - Been trying to get into the KOF series for the longest and downloaded the anthologies for PS2. So ahead of all the sprite based SF games that I don’t understand why it beat them out.

The King Of Fighters 95' - 7.5/10

Challenging but it's not bad and I did it in one go.

The King of Fighters 96' - 8/10

A breeze to play. I was using team Fatal Fury and I rarely lost with my first guy (Terry). I HATE that they changed up some of the inputs for specials.

Replaying 3make
I actually upgrade it to an 8 out of 10

It wasnt what I expected at first but its grown on me in it's own way, seperate from the original. It's got a good pace and just keeps going, and I find it's much more fun on nightmare or inferno diff, without shop extras. Not including final form nemmy of course, f that bs. But nothing grinds it to a halt like the sewers in re2.

I've grown to appreciate the fact that it's so different from the original as it makes it feel like something entirely of it's own.

Dont get me wrong, it's still the worst remake of the 3, but it doesnt completely replace the original like REmake, and to a lesser extent r2make, which has become a positive now. I never find myself going back to those OGs whereas I can alternate between both versions of re3 and have fun with either.

Tho I'd love an overhauled version of og re3 as well, juicing up the gfx and removing door animations and such.

You can play the fan remastered GC version of it, but you'd have to add a door mod to it. Otherwise it's the only way I can play it now.

That's looks clean as hell, appreciate it.

Once I'm done my current playthrough of r3make I'll fire that up.

In the faq it also says you can forward the door animations so it's more than acceptable even without a door mod.

Definitely worth getting into. They give you everything you need to run it, which is a modded Dolphin emulator. You can do RE2 as well and RE1 has been in the works awhile.

Although there's been some off brand seamless mods already, I imagine this team will do the best one given what they've already did.

Oh if theres an RE2 version I'll give that a go too.

OG RE1 is defunct now tho since the remake is basically the same game with everything done leagues better.

The King of Fighters 97' - 8.75/10

A nice tweaked version of 96 that feels like how it should be played without AIs just cutting right through your attacks and the presentation is better.

I'm going to play 98' again even though I completed it all on the PS4 version and unlocked everyone. I'm anxious to play 99'.

Doom Eternal - TheBringerOfDeath/10

Started replaying this. I don’t get into fps games much anymore, but anyone who doesn’t play this is doing a disservice to their testosterone level and the human species as a whole. The opening scene of this game could put nut hair on a ten year old eunuch kid.

Meh. The gameplay is ok, not great. Too much needless platforming that isn't even challenging in any way. Forcing me to use specific weapons against specific enemies is understandable but isn't something I can appreciate.

And then we have the overall tone, visual design and the "story", which are a far cry from soft sci-ci action horror of D00M2016. It's too much of a space opera crap, and with DLC it goes full retard fantasy.

I'm saying this as one of those who were extremely hyped for the sequel, and I do love more classic looking designs for demons.

Doom 2016 was good, but I feel like this one improved on it in almost every way. I don’t normally replay these games anymore. Not since the original two. I’ve played through this one four times now. It’s just too fun and hectic and dynamic, comparatively.

No comment on the dlc. I’ve yet to actually play any of it.

The soundtrack also takes a monstrous Godzilla sized shit on anything that came before. Sucks that we won’t ever get anything this good again. It’s all downhill from here.
