1. they did to take money from sega, saying they had to fix it but already had 4he new design

2.a big higher up demanded the first sonic, one guy was the one that pushed the ugly sonic as it was the best way to depict sonic in real life.

yeah the new trailer does make the movie look like it could be enjoyable fun and using the salt n peppa song instead of gangsters paradise is a better choice (still can’t figure out what they were thinking). I’ll give the movie a shot
