I was just about to say who the fuck would want a 1/1 statue of some police dude or some random chick, that's stupid. But that teaser looks like a Licker... now that would be interesting

So besides one official 1/6 scale figure... that $900 RE4 Ada Wong statue and the Damtoys statues another statue?! Seems like they’re going with the statue route just like Tomb Raider statue after statue....

That’s all good for statue collectors. Not gonna knock them. There’s some nice pieces out there and if you have the room—and more importantly, the money—then go for it.
However, I’m gonna criticize shitty business decisions, no matter who or what we happen to be talking about and making those 1/1 busts is absolutely fucking pointless. Who’s going to buy that Ethan?
I’d be surprised if more than a dozen people actually have it on order. And of those dozen, not even half will keep the thing for very long. Statue collectors love rotating pieces in and out of their collection and selling off what they can to justify future purchases.
As for that Chris... holy god, does that thing suck monkey dick. Not only is that a waste of effort, it’s a horrid piece to begin with. Fucker looks like a greasy meat-headed mobster that hasn’t bathed in two days.
That said, a Licker makes sense. Claire makes sense. Leon makes sense. Mr X, Nemesis, Jill and Carlos... completely justifiable. They all have interesting character designs (for the most part, considering these would be from the REmakes) and I feel like someone producing those would put proper love and care into them—or one would hope so, for the kind of money they’d ask for them.
