I actually liked the movie, but I definitely prefer the originals. I’d still like to see this get a sequel with potentially a better director, better humor and a better story. Also, having Liz and Abe will go a long way.

Everything that went wrong is producers' fault, who bashed heads with the director.
There was no clear vision on set and in post, everyone wanted their own thing.
Neil Marshall is a good director but he's def the wrong choice for a blockbuster.
