I don’t entirely remember what I had to do with my Golden Frieza. The tail peg snapped on the first rotation (yes, I heard the squeak, but I’ve never had a Figuarts break before) and I asked them for a new one.
This was a few years ago, but I vaguely remember I had to send it back with a return label that they provided. And then, they shipped it once I provided proof of shipment. Or at least, that’s what I’m assuming, because I do remember having to do that for a return some time back.

I haven't returned anything in well over a year, maybe the World Box Nemesis. I like this new policy. I thought they were going to shoot down my request.

It’s not worth it, unless you’re a super fan. Street Fighter is more my taste, even despite preferring MK when I was younger. You chose wisely.
