Yep. It was meh. Another one of those “from their perspective” episodes. Basically still barely starting the new season because of it.

It has felt a little slower.

Ryan Hurst is great as Beta though.

The start of the episode makes me miss those first few seasons were the walker attacks were alot more deadly. Now they're much slower and hardly a risk.

Theoretically, most of the walkers should be so decayed by now that they can’t even walk. They shouldn’t pose much of a threat. And with so little communities existing, their numbers would continually dwindle.

If you could survive ten years into a zombie apocalypse, you would almost be home free. There would just need to be procedures for dealing with accidental deaths and illnesses that cause fatalities.

Completely forgot about the fact that you still turn after you die. Guess there would still be a steady supply of zombies for the rest of time (or until humans become extinct).

I can’t even watch it anymore. My old lady wants to keep going because she says we are pot committed at this point but honestly for the past year or so all I end up doing is playing on my phone until the episode is over. The whole thing has gotten so stupid and repetitive. And I find this whole new gimmick of people walking around like a cult in zombie skins to be quite annoying! I mean seriously, just put on a set of chainmail and walk around the globe with a butter knife and end the whole problem and get the show over for chrissakes!

I’m not on my phone as much with the main show, but this last season or so of Fear the Walking Dead was so bad, I honestly don’t think I was watching half of it.

If they end the Whisperers storyline this season then they will start the next thing in season 11, through to 12 so that adds up. Most likely the Commonwealth.

I don’t even know what that is. I barely knew what the Whisperers were, due to having the entire arc in graphic novel form (but hardly touching it), as well as the Governor and Negan’s arcs and the earlier part of the books.
