In hindsight, I kinda wish Wesker didn't have an MP5. I'm fine that they have them since they have it in the S.T.A.R.S picture and it never made sense to me that they never brought more artillery in RE1 and 0. But it would've been So COOL to see Wesker just manhandle everything with his S.E while everyone struggles with their MP5s and 870
That’s why there’s a remake…
It was one of my favorite games as just an end piece to Leon's character. Claire and Chris had some closure in CV and Jill with 3. Leon was the only character from the trilogy that I feel didn't have a concrete end or continuation after the trilogy. In the RE3 extra files we see Claire set out to find Chris and eventually did. Chris and Jill went off to try to bring down Umbrella. Meanwhile Leon was just kinda left to the imagination. Sure he got picked up from the government but that's it. I wouldn't say the popularity is what killed RE4 for me but I feel that it's become way overrated in the fandom due to it's cult following that I've definitely developed disdain for it.
