Jackman didn't become suspicious until Origins and beyond. Even by X3 I think that was still him. That's fully attainable in 5 years and he was still in his 30s. Even the difference between X1-2 is not even dramatic. He only trained for like a month and a half for X1 and had newbie gains but his arms were tiny. X2 filmed two years later and it just looked like he had more time to train, probably 6 months to a year and looked like a guy that just lifted weights, and not taking drugs.
It's when you're still big, but your body fat is nonexistent and you're covered in dickskin year round that you're clearly on drugs. But yeah, they're all on drugs. Chris Pratt I guess was briefly. Cavill has been on drugs since Man of Steel. His change was too dramatic too quickly to be anything but that.
Ironically I think the crew of 300 were all natural. Butler was in the best shape in that, but he trained longer. They weren't even big, they were just lean with a bit of muscle. They used a lot of airbrushing to heighten their cutlines.
