2019 Avengers Endgame

I haven't read any of her recent comics. I'm so turned off by the character that I don't feel like wasting my time getting pissed off about it. I hate that they're using her as the figurehead for the comics and movies. She worked best as Ms. Marvel. Making her Captain Marvel ruined the character and is wasting a name that DC should be using.

I read about that. I'm definitely getting the IW Thor and looking for a Diecast MKIII as my first Iron Man. I wasn't fan of the Nano suit because it looked too much like rubber.

I don’t like any of the suits featured beyond the first Avengers film, if I’m honest. They’ve all looked like shit. And Mark III is still the best, hands down.

Thor’s best look is still from Dark World, but the IW look is too cool not to have. I guess I’ll need Thanos to go with him, but I may opt for the armored version.

Yeah, the first Avengers movie costumes felt unrefined compared to the later movies.

I almost decided on the Dark Wold Thor (it's cheap!), but I think I'm one of the ones who prefer Thor with short hair.

The problem with the Hot Toys MKIII is that it's underscaled compared to other IM figures but since I'm not planning to get any more, it doesn't really bother me.

I meant mostly Iron Man’s suits. After Avengers 1, they’ve all been the same kind of boring. The ones in Endgame and Civil War are the closest to being any good, in my opinion.

As for the other heroes in Avengers 1, Thor’s was the only one I actually staunchly disliked.

Endgame needs to make over 527,777, 631 (as of right now) to topple Avatar. I honestly don't believe it will but wouldn't mind seeing Cameron's reaction if his baby got dethroned.

It’s only been out two weeks. We’ve still got at least three or four left? I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that repeat viewings and those holding out for less packed theaters will close that gap. If it does break the record though, it will just barely do so.

What will be most interesting to me is that Zoe Saldana will have been in the two biggest films of all time. Props to her agent. The films were better for it.

According to Box Office Mojo Avatar made $749m (domestic) during its theatrical run. Endgame sits at $644m (domestic) today.

Foreign total for Avatar was $2B, Endgame is at $1.6B.

So... It could happen.

Avengers definitely deserves to outdo Avatar. I think a lot of Avatar's success has to do with the special effects being fresh at the time, because the film itself wasn't anything special in my opinion.
