This show looks like dogshit. Didn’t need a sequel, much less a tv show.

Have to agree with a sentiment I read where it seems like they adopted a failed script from another project and essentially slapped the Watchmen label on it.

This will make the movie look like a modern masterpiece.

There’s going to be people that hate it because it’s set after the original story. There will be people that hate it because they can’t act like experts about it because they don’t know what’s going on. I like the original story and characters. If this progresses that story in a good way then I’ll probably like it. HBO hasn’t shown enough about it for me to make a decision yet. I will say that I love the idea of Irons as older Ozymandias. That casting alone makes me think they’re doing something right. We’ll find out when it airs though.

Alan Moore didn't write it, therefore it's a curiosity. It's not "real" but I'm sure I'll watch some of it. I don't have to love it or hate it.

I have several versions of the film and I entertained the idea of owning the Hot Toys, but they never made Rorschach.

This looks terrible. Irons and Miami Vice can’t save it. It’s got a vague Preacher vibe without any of the charm. Hell... no Watchmen charm either.

Heroes had obvious captain-america-like superpowers for no reason.
Visuals from 300 didn't work for Watchmen.
90's rubber costumes.

Eh I can let the power levels slide. Still loved the flow and look of the movie. Wasn’t really interested in any figures from it but would have gotten a HT Ozy.
