I still haven't played Eternal yet but I plan on buying this. He'll hang out with my Berserk shit.
I've been playing Eternal on-off since September last year, due to other games and...well being rekt. But it's an awesome time, I may even get the DLC at some point. Doom Slayer probably would fit in fine with Berserk tbh.

I hear the dlc is even harder than the normal game. Which is saying something because the normal difficulty was pushing me around like a baby dick bitch.

So I made the mistake of playing on Ultra Violence and god damn was I rekt. But Doom Eternal is a fun sort of hard that doesn't feel frustrating (not all the time anyway lol). That said, I'm amazed at the difficulty jump because 2016 was hard, but never truly too overwhelming. Eternal hit me from the first level when I realized those spider demons are just smaller versions of 2016's final boss. I feel like Eternal's other cause of difficulty, that somewhat contradicts the game's feel and flow, would be resource management.

My days of playing games on the hardest difficulty are over. There are games that are naturally difficult. I can play those fine. But this shit of taking Ninja Gaiden and going as high as I can go with it—nope. I’m good. The only exception to this is Resident Evil and I think that door is closing too.

Same, depends on the game for me since sometimes developers try too hard and it gets insane. Like I'm on Taras Nabad in Doom Eternal on Ultra-Violence and it fucking sucks. I can't imagine it on Nightmare, but they put in way too much for that level alone. It's a massive step up from the previous imo.
By comparison, I also don't have enough time to do many of these games on the hardest difficulty anymore like I used to simply due to work and life along with my back log. Back in high school and college, I could do God of War and Devil May Cry on their respective hardest difficulities and I just can't these days. God of War's case is partly since it didn't look that fun, DMC just due to time since I'd love to try harder modes.

Storm is doing a MK3 frozen arm Sub-Zero, I assume for the con. Fuck that noise. I don't see the appeal of non canon shit.

Some places do and it's usually fine, but then there's Hot Toys lol

This is 1/6th scale but holy shit https://goodsmileshop.com/en/CATEGO.../p/GSC_WD_02817?site=goodsmile-global&lang=en

Are you fucking real? $1200 (BEFORE SHIPPING!) for a 1/6th polystone (with some PVC) Batman? When I can get the Sideshow Batman with a cloth cape, larger scale and unique design and base? And the Prime 1 Batman(s) for the same price even larger? Now Good Smile's Batman looks very good, but no reason for that price. No justification at all. I'm grateful no one I've seen has justified it, or at least kept a justification in mind.

I just got the Hush/Renewal Kotobukiya Batman, which is a great piece when discounted. I'm easily keeping that over this one. No one wanted a GSC Polystone Batman, not when there's immense competition. It doesn't even make sense too, GSC did a polystone Colossal Titan that was around the same size (not sure the scale) that was half the price and even had only $20 shipping.
