Fuckin puke. The last Marvel Comic I literally bought was issue #1 of lady thor. As soon as I saw that on my pull list (I was subbed to thor comics), I dropped that series and never returned to Marvel. Just because it was “in the comics” doesn’t validate it being good. MCU is toast.

There's no point to this unless they feature the cancer story. Jane had terminal cancer. Every time she became Thor her human side was left vulnerable and the cancer progressed. She eventually sacrificed herself.

??? Jane Foster was She-Thor in the comics and was killed by using the powers. The characterization might've been different, I dunno, but if they got Portman back I expect they offered her something dramatic to go with the role.

I'm happier with Natalie Portman as the "female face" for Marvel than Brie Larson. At least Portman can act.

Portman can do anything as long as she doesn't act tough, it doesn't suit her at all, and that is exactly what she will have to do in this movie. I can already smell the cancer emanating from the title alone.
