I would like to hear more.
As much as I love the first movie, I don't have much interest in them revisiting it.
There's no reason to revisit that movie because it was a one off satire.
It is impossible to squeeze anything more from that particular source.
I bet it's gonna be another direct-to-dvd sequel or a horrible gag-ridden shitshow to cash in on Marvel Studios audience.

They've already made a couple sequels that were shit. I suppose they're going to use the original cast as a lure to get people excited, but it still feels desperate and unnecessary.

I recently rewatched the first, and still really enjoy it. That said, I don't see much need for a new show.
Wasn't there already a TV show of sorts? I think I saw an animated show a while back called "Rico's Roughnecks", or something like that.

They've done quite a few movies, animated films, and shows over the last two decades. Unfortunately, none of them have been worth getting excited over.
I'd love to get some 1/6 figures from the original film though so maybe they should work on that instead.

Invasion wasn't great outside of the mech designs but honestly Traitor of Mars was quite watchable in my opinion. The less said about the live-action """sequels""" the better.
