Looks pretty good! One of the best trailers for an animation I’ve seen in a long while. If only they could revive Thundercats in the same manner.

Sadly, all the toys are shit. Both the Mattel retro and Super Seven stuff are pretty meh. And the new line they unveiled looks just as meh. I’m assuming they’re supposed to be based on this mini series?

I had a He-Man phase as a kid, but was never really that big into it. So, the classics retro Mattel figures are good enough for me. And I only have Skeletor and He-man. Same with the Bandai Thundercats line. Just Mumm-Ra and Lion-O.

This is so tiring.

“I couldn’t relate to (insert boy’s childhood show/cartoon/movie), as a little girl, but now that we’ve taken the boys toys and kicked them to the curb, every little girl can grow up with more than just My Little Pony and Barbie.”

That’s what this all boils down to. They’re doing this with literally everything. They don’t want men or boys to have any of the cool toys anymore. We don’t even get to ogle the women in any of this shit either. Talk about shutting out your audience entirely.

What’s really sad is that a lot of women who want to see strong men and attractive women… they’re missing the fuck out too. Ironic.

I’m on episode 2 and I’m already bored out of my mind. And all the character changes and character design changes are beyond jarring. Just like with the Thunder Cats show from years ago… it’s meh. Anyone who likes this consumer trash is a retard.
