I ordered the Gundam 00 Quanta and the Gundam Freedom 2.0. I guess whenever I finish watching 00 I'll watch SEED. I've heard nothing but bad things about it and after doing research, watching clips and seeing the suits... I don't know why it's hated honestly. Freedom Gundam might be one of the most well designed suits in the brand.
I got Turn A in the mail the other day so he's next after I finish up Full Armor Unicorn. I like the kit but it's very cumbersome and the tab that's on his back that links to the bottom half of his torso doesn't stay in and it makes him wobbly. I'm this close to just gluing the goddamn thing and I hate doing that. I might glue the one side of his head in since it falls out constantly.
Well I got the Turn A, Freedom and Quanta all on standby. If they extend my work closure another week which seems likely, I'm stocked on projects to do. I want to grab the Perfect Strike MG that's got the special coating. I don't care for special coating kits but it's the only version of the MG available and it does look pretty.
I'm wrapping up the Full Armor Unicorn. I've been picking at it for two weeks and I want something else to do desperately.
I'm considering getting into the RG line. They're cheaper and they look really good, like shrunken MG.
I've been buying up Gundam Seed kits. I got the Strike Gundam Aile the other day and I had ordered the Sword/Launcher P Bandai expansion set but I'm waiting for it to get here. I spent $120 since it's become very rare... and then I just saw this morning it's being reissued. What the fuck.
I ordered the new MG Ver Ka Wing Zero the other day and I should get it sometime next week and after assembly I'll do a review. I saw a review of it and it looks fantastic. Nice new color separation and beveled out areas too.
I finished the new Wing Zero earlier and I'll do a review next week. I like it quite a lot and it was desperately needed since the original is so fucking archaic with both it's design and functionality. I love how there's actually parts under the main wings instead of a hollowed out boring section. I never displayed the underside before now. Now, it's completely three dimensional.
