Mentioned a few months ago that I was dealing with nerve pain in my arm, primarily around my forearm. Well I think I actually figured it out, the nerve must of been pinched with adhesion's and muscle tightness. I was nervous ever massaging it as I used to get nerve pain which felt like a hot electrically current, but the area I found isn't along the nerve route. Some different stretching and massage has made it 60% or better and I haven't even been regular about it.

I mention this since I think I'll be good for starting on Sunday finally. I haven't done anything since around September and I've been atrophying since. Although I've been dealing with neck and arm issues on and off for years now, I'm not nearly as far gone as I usually am when I start up. I probably could be back to peak shape by June as I've learned a lot from my mistakes and I can train more efficiently now. My biggest flaw was never consciously engaging my muscles and only worried about the movement. I had good form but it doesn't matter.

My right tricep always lagged behind the other one, even though it's my dominant arm. I started worrying about the contraction and it really filled in and became bigger than the other side.

I went in for acupuncture for the first time today. I’m still dealing with arm and neck pain so this is my last card to play. I tried some lifting recently and it hasn’t been too painful.

Been back at it hard the last four months. Got lazy and was only training upperbody but I decided to start doing a second workout Sunday afternoon with doing lower body with deadlifts, squarts, step ups and calve raises. I'm not really concerned about the lower half other than being stronger than average. Funny thing is, my weights for those I can go fairly heavy for not really doing anything for quite some time.

I've been able to really change my upperbody dramatically in a short time.
